Submitting Data

At no time are you required to submit personal information to access any area of the The Money Lab site. Visitors to our site(s) are asked to submit a log-on name and password to visit Subscriber Only sections of the sites. This is to ensure you can receive the services you are paying for.


Ordering Online

Any data you submit to us through an online order form is transferred to us via a Secure Sockets Layer – an encryption protocol –  and The Three-Domain Secure (3D-Secure) and is kept in databases that cannot be accessed from outside thesse encryptions.

In other words, any data you send us is encrypted, so in the unlikely event a hacker intercepts your data, it cannot be read. This is our mechanism that prevents access to our servers by anyone outside of the company.

The Money Lab does not sell or rent your name to anyone. That means that only authorized employees of The Money Lab ever have access to any sign-up information you submit. We may use your name and address to send you information on other Money Lab products that may suit your interests. All financial information submitted is not held by The Money Lab, and is stored securely with our payment partner PayGate. All transactions take place in South African rand (ZAR) and the country of domicile is South Africa. Delivery of all products and services will take place digitally within the membership area of the website. Upon purchase of any product or service you will be given instructions on how to activate your profile and access your product or service. All products and services come with a money-back guarantee of 90 days, unless stipulated otherwise. Our subscription services run from month to month, and you can cancel your subscription at any time - You will not be held to any form of 'contract' or payment period. The subscription price you sign up for will also never change or rise for the period you stay subscribed for.

If you subscribe to any Money Lab E-Letters, your name and e-mail address will be placed in a database. Any sign-up that takes place on moneylab.co.za will constitute a subscription to one of our e-letters. As with all other personal information, only employees of The Money Lab will have access to this data. We do not give Money Lab addresses to outside companies.

Any e-mail you send to The Money Lab is completely confidential. We will not add your name to our e-mail list without your permission. For security reasons, if your inquiry is about one of your subscriptions, we may ask you to submit some additional information only to verify your identity. Remember, in this case we are only asking you to confirm information you have already given us.

Unsolicited Email Messages:

We require that all e-mails promoting The Money Lab or its products are sent only to clients who have agreed to receive such messages. We prohibit any advertising of our brand and Web site using unsolicited email messages. Not complying with this policy will cause partnership termination and/or affiliate account termination.

If you feel you’ve been sent unsolicited emails promoting our brand or website and would like to register a complaint, please email our customer service department at: info@moneylab.co.za. We will immediately investigate all allegations made related to unsolicited messages.


How to Unsubscribe From The Money Lab

To unsubscribe from The Money Lab, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link located within every email sent from The Money Lab. Please be aware that 'email journeys' are separate to our free eletter subscriptions (such as Daily Wealth, The Traders Club, The Money Manual and Property Secrets). Unsubscribing from an email journey will only unsubscribe you from that journey, and not unsubscribe you from an eletter. You will need to locate an unsubscribe link within the eletter to be removed from that list. Alternatively you can contact us by clicking here should you need assistance.
